A fresh, sparkling Riesling, which IS harvested by hand and then gently pressed through whole grape pressing. Maturing takes place in a stainless steel tank, then the wine is de alcoholised and bubbled. The taste of the Blanc Pur is dry, and shows the typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. Blanc Pur is 100% organic and 100% vegan. Lively, elegant without alcohol!.
