Union Sacre Central Coast Pinot Noir 2023 BFCM21ALL and toasty briocheSourced from the La Fond and Spanish Spring vineyards in California's Central Coast, this Pinot Noir was fermented in tank for 3 weeks, with 30% whole cluster fruit. One third of the wine was aged in neutral French oak. The wine is fresh and lively on the palate with notes of cherries, strawberries, licorice and black pepper.
