Expressing the very best of the Clare Valley; hand made, time honoured with long term cellaring in mind. Densely layered with a long finish, the palate combines dark chocolate, black olive, a hint of truffle, and fine French oak all intertwined. Ripe plums, red fruits, licorice, and cedar oak tones dominate the nose.
