Elevage is for a total of 22months in oak with a single rack and return after 16months

Celler Cecilio ‘Negre’ Garnatxa 2021 roda a wine that will develop60% Garnatxa Roja, 20% each Caranyena and Syrah, upto 40 years old. Hand harvested, natural vineyard yeasts, a long, relatively cool fermentation in stainless steel, 24 day maceration, clarified, unfiltered. Loaded with balsalm underscored by rocket llicorella, this has pristine dark fruit, which is gentle and soft, nicely structured, with twiggy balsalm in fruit tannins through stony earth.
